Rant about idiots thread

1- Yes.  Because people are idiots.  Now, if people were naming groups (i.e. "Such-and-such pack is the worst!  They're all morons!"), then yes, that would be a problem and probably cause drama.  But most of the people are coming here and just ranting about how idiotic a lot of the FH community acts in-game.  I mean, think about this.  Which is more likely to have their character "buttswing" over yours: A college graduate with a physics degree, or some thirteen year-old who gets all F's in school?  Granted, this may be clumping "idiocy" and "immaturity" together, but the two often go hand-in-hand.  In short, people act like they have no brains, and the victims come here to complain about it.  While it may not change much, at least it helps people get things off their chest.  Oh, and on a side note, I am completely aware that there are some very mature/smart thirteen year-olds here 

2- No.  Again, this is because no one is being specifically mentioned.  If the people being ranted about here actually came on the forums and read the rules, I doubt this thread would exist.  So, between the two scenarios you presented, this thread represents the latter.  As I said before, people are just venting, trying to get all these frustrations off their chest.  Think about the thread closing-- we might get a lot of people blowing up at others in-game because they couldn't get all their frustrations out and sympathize with others who had encountered in-game idiots as well.  No, it's definitely better to have this thread here.

As for that "anonymous bashing" comment, maybe it is, maybe it isn't.  You know that thing they say, that when you're angry at someone, you should just write a letter to them saying everything you feel, and then throw it away?  In a sense, that's what this thread is for some people.  Writing anonymous letters to people who have irritated them (usually knowingly), but not actually confronting them about it and getting into a big fight.

In terms of the title change, I honestly couldn't care less    Venting is venting.

And I have to agree, little kids can get on this game. But this game is rated G for all ages right? What happens when a little kid here sees a wolf and another wolf raping? I think he or she gets involed in it and decided to join in. And the rapists...ugh. Once one of my friends had to pass through Fluorite Plains  to get to me before he/she could get raped and she said rape was everywhere. But I normally see raping in Bonfire so what happens if it's night time in Bonfire and I make a wolf or lion and the next few minutes what do I see? Buttswinging with wolves. Also I've noticed in Bonfire one time, a lion and a big black wolf were rolled over. I think they wanted to be raped. O.o
And not to mention the sparkle wolves and cats. Just stick to crazy colors people, not pink, and gold, and blue! Also one of my lions, Mia, she was by Temple of Dreams waiting for a member or two from her lion pride to come on or maybe her mate, Kenia, and I make her roll over and then what happens? A male sparkle lion comes over and mounts on his buttswinging, then after a minute he stops, then he walks a few feet away from Mia and he decides to stalk everyone and he was telling the whole world about it. Is it really that important to tell someone your stalking them? *sigh*

I'm pretty sure this game isn't g rated, nothing on the internet can really be considered g rated without heavy censoring...

The forum is G-rated, the game is PG-13. Because this is the Internets.

Even still. I'll admit, I don't like being raped. I've done it on a few occasions, but it was just friends playing around during some Truth or Dare. But that's... willing rape? I don't know... XD

Know what's really "fun"? You look around for an rp, or a pride or something. You finally join and everyone rps in chat speak, or without any sense of grammar. Or you join one of those "everyone accepted" groups and everyone else in the group promptly ignores you because you're NOT a sparkleped (Sparkle + Quadruped = Sparkleped) OR that you like to use proper punctuation. XD

EDIT: I've been ill for a few weeks, and have recently come back from the hospital. So I've just caught up on the whole "issue" surrounding the name/nature of the thread. Keep in mind, people here are venting/ranting about things that can't be moderated. You can't moderate "stupidity" or "noob/newb", which is what people complaining here are safely getting off their chests. No fingers are pointed, no names are named. From my experiences - lock this thread and a bajillion more will pop up, which in my OP I said was partly the purpose of this thread; to prevent that. However - I'm willing to change the name of the thread (if it's possible for me to XD) if it's that much of an issue.

I can usually ignore the... more perverted players out there, or I escape into a tree. Mate-beggers do not bother me either, not so much anyway. If that's what they want, why do I care? I've never had problems with any god-modding so far, but that's probably because I rarely role play.

I think it's the overdramatic ones that get on my nerves. I occasionally go "trolling" with a few friends - now, hold on, it's not the annoying trolling (not in my books, in any case, I'm usually quite the gentleman I swear ). We don't venture out to piss people off by bashing or ruining their rp, we act immature in the name of fun (and boredom), such as going up to a sleeping user and using them as a couch. For the most part the ones we approach are jovial about it, join in, or troll us back. Others do not react so positively; they might freak out, yell, swear, then try to rip our fur off. I mean, settle down, it's just a game. In any case, when people don't cooporate we set off to find someone else a tad more sociable.

It's the serious trollers and bashers that make me hate FH. The ones who attack anyone else that does not fit into their elite circle of snobs, the ones that think they're gods and able to beat down anyone in their path without giving a thought to how it may affect others, and the ones that won't stop when you say stop.

As a side note, this thread is relatively harmless as long as no one starts pointing fingers.

I-have-been-preventing-people-from-powerplaying.

-It's futile. Now I'm considering going on private maps/user-generated. That or completely turn off from FH and glue myself to Monkey Quest. At least on "Standard Chat" you can't put any words up there...just only pre-approved and pre-selected words. If Feral Heart followed through that system, the following may happen:

*Little to no swearing
*No sexually suggestive dialog, ect

-Though at least they aren't mentioning any drugs or harmful substances. Just only a suggestion above. NOT like WQ (which I've never played, not planning to either) where they block many words like crazy.
