Private Map Issues

Hello! c:

I've recently been managing a new, private RP in a map made by myself!
This map took me a good 7 months, and contains quite a large amount of meshes.
The map has worked perfectly fine up until a few days ago.

A few other members and I were trying to log into the map, but every time we did, it would tell us, "Failed to connect to map server."

None of us are sure why this may be happening, as nothing was changed within our files, or with the map.
Yes, we have tried reinstalling it, deleting everything else in exports, and changing our rendering option.

We simply CANNOT think of anything else to do, and since I worked so much on this map, I am extremely worried.

If ANYONE has any suggestions, I would be forever grateful!

There is nothing ye can do but wait. I had this issue with one of m'own maps. 'Tis the game's doing, but it will fix itself once the server refreshes. Just a server error, 'tis all. All ye can do now is wait until the server refreshes. Sorry 'bout y'er map.

Thank you very much for getting back to me so quickly! It means quite a lot.
And ah, I see, I will notify my members about this. I'm thankful that it isn't something unfixable, and simply a server error. Since my RP is rather new, and only contains a few loyal members and staff, there shouldn't me much damage done once the map is back online. Thank you, once again!~

Quite a lot of people has been having this problem so we've had a server restart today, might've solved it for you as well.

This happens a lot when users run in and out of custom maps causing the server process for it to start, stop, start, stop, start, stop, which eventually could lead to "failed to connect to map server", and the only way for it to start working again is if we schedule a server restart. It's more likely to happen to active/popular custom maps since a lot of people tend to go into them, but not enough to always keep 1 user in there at the time, because as soon as no users are in a map, it stops.
