Cant Login at all

The game keeps banning me when ever I try to login, I put in my password and username correct but it still wont let me, it either bans me or says cant connect to front server. I have the new login up and it stays up, im using firefox and everything I could try but nothing works, could  anyone help me with this?

Don't exactly know what you're talking about when you say 'Banning you' but if it's a ban, ban you're better off taking that up with one of the staffs.
Now if it's kicking you off no matter what you do, could it be your user? I know that there was something mentioned before that your username couldn't be no longer than a certain character long.
Is your internet running good? Slow internet can also be the reason why it's not working well.
Maybe it could be your rendering system. Changing your rendering system can also help. You can do so by going to options > video > rendering systems.

Adding onto what Hakumi has said very clearly already, if you're still experiencing these problems then try to switch to another browser and see if that helps with anything. Google Chrome is one of the most reliable along with Mozilla Firefox. If you're still experiencing the same problems, try visiting This Thread and see if it helps you at all. Along with Hakumi, I don't understand what it means by banning you however. I don't think it's necessarily a ban considering the fact that it also says 'Can't Connect To Front Server'. Even so, talking about bans is strictly forbidden when posting a/in threads. I recommend talking to a Staff Member about that.

I'm assuming you meant that the game took you 'typing in your password wrong' enough times according to the game to receive the 15 minute one.

Be sure that you do not have caps lock on, and that if there are numbers in your information, always type them in using the numbers located above the letters on the keyboard, and don't use the numberpad off to the right.

Indeed, the character limit for usernames is 16 characters long. If your username exceeds this limit, I'm afraid the only solution is to catch registration open to make another account.

well, what i meant to say by "banning" was that it keeps mistaking my password for wrong and giving me 15 minute bans, and then once it lets me connect it says cannot connect to front server, but ill try the suggestions you gave me

I recommend making your own thread so that way people will know that you're in need of some assistance. ^^

But to answer your question, last time I checked the situation to this predicament is still being looked into. The Login Page is only temporary and it can still be a bit of a wait until the matter is resolved entirely.
The Mods / Admins are doing everything they can to keep the game running smoothly. ~

I have been having this issue the past two days. I can login through the new login set up but not in game. I know my pass is right. I even changed it! And my user is to short to be to long too. My user is nomsy btw.

I've experienced the same issue and found that closing Feralheart, logging in on the site, and then re-opening Feralheart fixes the problem. This fixed the "Cannot connect to front server" issue. So try closing FH first, then logging into the site, open FH again and login.
