I was downloading and once I opened the file it instantly started seeding and then I had to choose a folder for it it said, so I did, then it said which components to download? Full or light? Is this was supposed to be happening? (I have a windows 10)

I think so. I also have Windows 10 and the Full download works perfectly with me.
