i cant do anything witch char creator

Hi
since i first joined FH i cant do anything
I can log in (sometimes lose connection) but thats it
It was hard enough just making my first dog its PLAIN
i cant change its color i cant add markings and it took me ages just to make it add a MANE -.-
it gets stuck on "Updating" FOREVER and i cant do anything so i have to run around as the default look with no colors/markings even if i try to change the eye color it is like NOPE

when i try to make a new dog or lion it also wont let me
even if its PLAIN again it wont let me it just sits on "creating" forever :/
idk if its my weak internet or what but any suggestions to help? its been like it since I FIRST JOINED
i cant make new chars i cant put markings on them i cant give them a mane i cant edit my current dog or anything!!! its really annoying me
all i can do is run around the map plain and interact with players until the server decides to kick me off or i decide to log off :/

edit: i use a laptop which is quite good condition not to old, i am on EE internet i have no mods and one plain dog character it wont let me edit i sign into the game using firefox

How many characters you have? And did you install any mod(s)?

Hey there!

This does sound like it could be a weak internet issue or an issue that the game can often times be quite taxing on older machines. You could always try to move closer to your router, if possible, or even hard-wire your PC via ethernet cable if that is possible. If you don't mind my asking, how old is your PC?

1 char thats all it will let me make and no mods just the normal game i downloaded

Maybe try reinstall game or try use diffrent browser (If it's problem with internet)

i just tried all the ones i could which none work (dont have another computer so i cant try that one)
the forums dont work either i tried those suggestions like edits bit by bit it wont even let me do that :/
all i think i can try is to uninstall and re download if that dont work i am stumped

Sometimes you also have to be fast to add edits to your character.
If your reinstall doesn't work, wait for more people to post or contact a staff member.

update: it let me slowly make one plain character again but thats it, i reset the internet, still cant do anything else big and its annoying me i give up trying :/ now i have two un-editable dogs on my account i cant do anything else with
