Game Help / Preset trouble :(

Hello, I recently started making presets, I Made a character for this RP, exported it, Uploaded the .fhp file to media fire, got two different people to download it and they couldn't see it, Them and I restarted the game and it still didn't work. I tried re-exporting it and getting them to download the new one, they still couldn't see it.
Please help me, thanks. :-\

Game Help / FH Isn't Working for 2 of my Friends!

I recently got 2 of my friends to download Feral heart, but they both complained that everything is just black,they can see the symbols and the chat box but that's pretty much all, we tried re-installing the game and changing the rendering subsystem (OpenGL and Direct3D9) but nothing will work, can someone please help, thanks.

Why can we walk through eachother?
we should be able to  stand on eachother and bump into eachother
instead of being able to go right through eachother like ghosts.
