Tetra

The snivy spread out her leafy arms like a pair of wings defensively, readying herself for the brawl as she took a battle stance. "Alright, I've got'ch your back!" Shouted she to Nyla. While Metis and Tensu were both already facing opponents with an almost equal size, the Donphan was a rather large pokemon, making Tetra think twice about letting the Ponyta handle it on her own.

Of course, it was a risk trying to help a fire-type pokemon, as Tetra's only known attack would cost her a few burns spinning into a firey inferno. So instead, she chose to let Nyla handle the ground type, taking her backside in case any stray opponents, or even more pokemon, decided to join in the fight. It was a wise choice, for soon the pair were caught between a Donphan and another large opponent; a stray Graveller.

"Hey, big guy, what's with that look on your face?" Tetra noted that wily smirk on the rock-type's visage. "Looks like we need to fix that--" Before she could finish her sentance, however, she found herself promptly dodging a set of rock hands that had suddenly sent foward in an attempt to grab her, and barely missed catching her red-leaf bandana. "Alright, now you've asked for it!" The grass-snake snarled, her tail poised high.

"Leaf Tornado!" Repeating the same method as earlier, the Snivy flipped herself upside down and begun to spin in a rapid motion while in mid-air. A flurry of leaves soon conjured up, and sent the boulder beast in great pain. Sharp leaves left small scratch and blade marks across the Graveller's face, shifting it's smirk into a troubled expression. Down it fell like a ogre, letting out a sharp moan.
"BAZOOKA!"

As Metis whipped her head around to make sure that the rest of the party had everything handled, the riolu managed to snuff out the flames by flopping around on the ground, away from the ring of fire she had set on him. When she was distracted he rushed forward and jumped into the air, bringing his back paw down with force, aiming for her head. The vulpix turned back and reeled back in alarm, eyes wide. The kick grazed her cheek and made a thin line of blood bloom across her fur. Panting, she leapt back and glared at the riolu, warm blood starting to slither down her cheek. H-He's using real attacks, not just moves! Her eyes burned fiercely, a growl rumbling from her throat. Two can play at that game!
An ear-deafening bellow sounded out as she used Roar, making the riolu raise his hands and grind his back paws against the ground as he was nearly blown off his feet. Lunging at him, she threw her head back and bashed it into his skull. The two tumbled back before springing back to their feet. As the riolu raised his head to look at her, he was met by the sight of her wicked signature smirk, like she holding the very earth in her paws at the moment.
"Confuse ray!" She announced not too long after a certain snivy sent a flurry of leaves darting toward a graveller. Five glowing, golden orbs materialized around her, and suddenly the ground beneath the riolu disappeared into darkness. All he could see was the five lights, his eyes glazing over. Like a fly to a bright lamp, he stepped forward and raised a hand to touch them

Metis let up on the lights, making them snap away. The riolu looked around in dismay, starting to romp around and attack anyone in sight, including his comrades.

Jade was surprised, to say the least. The new exploration team that had recently joined the guild had caught her curiousity from the start. They acted peculiar, and riolu were particularly rare in this region, let alone abnormally large, albino ones. Ground sifting in sync to her paw steps, the absol peered around another tree to make sure she hadn't lost the two before retreating back into the shadows. Yes... they are quite strange. Metis said they were 'travellers'... Smirking in amusement, Jade continued on at a slightly slower pace than the exploration team. Unlikely. You can't get anywhere without encountering a mystery dungeon. Any traveller would know what they were... But they didn't. Perhaps they were lying? Pupiless green eyes slid over to the two young guild members. She shook her head, What would they gain by lying about that anyway?

The guildmaster had multiple reasons for following the two rookies out into this dungeon. It wasn't unnatural for a new team to want to head out into a more challenging dungeon like they did, and that was perfectly fine with her. But these two... They passed through five floors like it was a breeze. Usually, a rookie team a B level mission would get their arses kicked, come back crying, stuff their faces, then know better than to pick that hard of a mission the next day. And the other reason... She wanted to observe them, as she was growing suspicious. Could they be part of some conspiracy? Outlaws, perhaps? Were they meeting L here to discuss some assault? She had to know! Questions still running through her head, she stayed in the shadows and pondered whether or not she should interfere. This 'L' figure was quite infamous, and she wouldn't these rookies to get captured or harmed... No, I won't interfere unless he captures them.

The attack only seemed to enrage the Pokemon further. Though it did a great amount of damage, the Shieldon shook a few drops of water from it's person and turned to face Tensu, eyes glaring as it let out a powerful cry. Seeing that it meant business, the Meowth's brows narrowed lightly to focus as he unsheathed his claws, going into a ready stance to prepare himself for Shieldon's next move. At first it just stood there, then suddenly, with speed that surprised the feline, it charged at Tensu. The abrupt attack was too quick for Tensu to counter or even dodge, hitting him directly in the chest. The Meowth gasped as the hard head slammed hard into his ribs, and time seemed to hold still for a second before he was launched back. Stunned, he nearly slammed on the ground on his back, but at the last second he recovered himself and landed on his back paws, using his left front one to steady himself on the ground as he stared at the Shieldon.

"Urgh..." Tensu grunted, flinching at the pain as he brought his free right paw to his chest. A bruise was left there but that was all. "Alright, if you want to play tough lets play tough," the feline Pokemon attempted one of his sly smiles, rising back to his back legs. Right then, however, Shieldon charged again. But this time Tensu managed to dodge it by lifting one of his legs and turning, Shieldon passing inches away from him. As it did so, Tensu's left set of claws grew dark, as if the very shadows of the cave came and shrouded them in their darkness. The Meowth brought it down on the passing Shieldon, the Night Slash move causing the dinosaur-like Pokemon to cry out in pain. It stumbled a bit further, until finally it collapsed.

"Heh," Tensu grinned wryly, sheathing back in his right set of claws and placing the paw on his hip while still exposing his left. "That's what you get for messing with Chikao!" Remembering the others, the Meowth returned to a more serious look and glanced at the others to see if any of them were in need of assistance. Unfortunately, he didn't realize his mistake of declaring his real name, though with the commotion going on, if he was lucky, no one may notice.
The Hobbit

"Where did you go to, if I may ask?" said Thorin to Gandolf as they rode along.
"To look ahead," said he.
"And what brought you back in the nick of time?" "Looking behind,"...

"Yeah, I think." She hopped from the stairway and gazed across the forest-surrounded area. An aura pulsed from almost every blade of grass, every leaf dangling from the trees...

Shaking her head from the nearly hypnotic trance, Electra yawned. That L guy must be on the next floor. We will bring him to justice, she thought determinedly, though with a trace of doubt. If we make it that far. As it was now, the two hadn't encountered any real danger along the way to the Lucario. "I wonder if that L person is hiding from us," she crowed, static causing her fur to rise. It was unlikely for a full-fledged criminal to hide from a new exploration team; Electra's deep thinking was interrupted by a question from Kyeshui.
"Do you think we'll find anymore Poke'mon that want-ta picking a fight?"
"I don't know," she admitted, casting her dark eyes down toward the ground she walked on. "We won't find out until we reach the end, I guess. Telling by the others that fled, I would think they are too scared to face us, but it's a possibility as well that they would retaliate."

Duna, after stocking up on items from the Kangaskhan Storage, set out on her journey to Apple Woods, which was obviously named after the bunches of apple trees the dungeon grew. As she set foot in the mystery dungeon, the crisp scent of fresh apples wreathed around her, nearly drawing her toward it like a Venomoth to a lantern. The fruits grew and dangled on every branch, gleaming a bright red. Suddenly an eerie trill jolted her from standing there with her mouth flooding with water.

"Taillow! Taillow!"

A sparrow-like Pokemon fluttered toward her with an enraged expression, squawking and squealing. "Hey! Get away from here, birdie!" The Purrloin flashed out thorn-sharp claws in defense, smirking as the Taillow halted in midair. It's 'cause I'm a cat that it's afraid of me, she thought in triumph. She was surprised as it let out a shrill call.

Suddenly it looked like a million Taillow surrounded her, all shrieking territorial cries. "You're not gonna yell at me to death, are ya?" Duna hissed, crouching down in a melodramatic ball of purple and tan. The birds advanced, going so far as to peck at the Dark-Type feline's ears. Duna yowled and sprang into the mass of feathers, her teeth gleaming in the low light of the forest. "Woah woah woah! You've gone too far, feather heads!" Beaks and wings jabbed at her as she jumped through the flock of Taillow, though she ignored the little pain she realized was burning at her sides. To her amusement, the crowd of sparrows made room and perched on nearby apple trees, still glaring at her in hostility.

A screech bounced around, being muffled from the outside of the woods by the leaves on the plants. A larger, more superior-looking Pokemon swooped out, its tail long and sharp. A Swellow? You have got to be kidding me! Duna thought with a frustrated hiss. "Hey, birdie, why don't you just go back to bed and let me be?" she yelled, her tail lashing in the grass.

The Ponyta knew she needed help as she heard Tetra shout to her; she held in a modest response and focused on the Donphan gathering energy to charge through the fire vortex she'd created to cage it in. With a neigh she added more flames, closing it in on the elephant until it started bellowing in panic. Instantly she realized the enemy was overwhelmed by the heat of the fire and thinned the flames out so it could flee. Before she could blink the Donphan stumbled through and charged away, leaving a mildly amused grin on Nyla's snout. "I guess it couldn't handle a little fire." she mused, turning to the other opponents in the cave. "Now, who's next?"

"Oi! I think I see the stairs, unless that's just a rock..." he told Electra as he began to dash towards the stone object, whatever it was it sure looked like stairs, but it might of just been a rock. The white riolu's paws made quick and muffled 'clumping' sort of sounds as he began to pick up speed a little, though still slow enough so Electra wouldn't have any trouble catching up to him. Though, quite unfourtantly what he thought to be the staircase which would lead to the final floor was only a awkward-shaped rock, that looked slightly like the stairs, but obviously weren't. Kyeshui was actually pretty dissapointed, he had hoped that the staircase would of been right there, so they could get the sixth floof and beat L, or it might end up the other way around, he didn't know for sure how it would end up. Though, he suspected that they would win, bring L to justice, collect they're reward, and go on that field trip. "Maybe, on the field trip, we'll catch the Absol brothers or whatever too!" He told himself, almost slipping out of reality and into the dream world at the thought.

Tetra

Tetra couldn't help but display a satisfied smirk as she twisted around to see that scorched Donphan rolling away like the frightened little Phanpy that it once was, curtesy of Nyla's own prowess. She then examined the remaining opponents; the Shieldon had collapsed after a tough brawl from Tensu, and luckily for him, Tetra had been too occupied with the now fallen Graveller to hear him cry out his true identity in victory. The small Riolu had now been left in a confused state thanks to the Vulpix's Confuse Ray, and was now frenzily reaching for something, or someone, to attack.

"Alright, guys!" The Snivy called, pointing to a nearby tunnel filled with crystals. "Let's get outta here before that thing snaps out of it! I've got a good feeling that we're close!" She called. Honestly, she had no idea what floor that the Shinx that they had been set out to rescue was, but something told her in her gut that they weren't very far; perhaps it was something as she had inherited from her grandfather? Adjusting her red-leaf bandana, the grass-snake made one more survey of the area, and seeing no further pokemon make their way into room of crystal, lead the way into the deeper parts of the Cave.

"...Now, where are those stairs at?" She whispered, her leafy hands at her hips.

(Oh, and question, Fused, maybe I could involve Keldeo in this whole field trip? It seems proper to finally use him :3 )

And yes, sure, WarriorMoo ^_^))
Metis panted and raised a paw to swipe the blood off her face, which in retrospect only served to smear it across her cheek. It helped that the blood blended in with her fur, though. The vulpix lifted herself off of the ground and rushed past Tetra, eager to get away from the  discombobulated Riolu, squeezing herself through a rhombus shaped hole made by crystals. Trembling, she shook her pelt out and waited for the others to appear next to her before padding through the clearing. "Good job, guys..." Metis said between pants, quirking an eyebrow as the stairs came into sight. She looked a Tetra, "Looks like you sensed it! Guess you already are that good," She said, laughing. Metis dashed down the stairs, determined to find this Shinx within the next few minutes or so. This was taking alot longer than she wanted it to...

THUNK! Metis' face slid down the transparent wall of glass, cheek pressed against the crystal and leaving a thin trail of blood down the smooth surface. "What in the..." She raised her head from its spot on the ground, raising a paw to rub the side of her face. Her ears perked in surprise, "Th-The exit is closed off by the crystals!"
Stating the obvious, there was a wall of crystal blocking the way out of the stairs, the world on the other side blurred. The vulpix examined a slight crack where she had collided with the crystal. "Hmm... I wonder if we can break it?"
