((I'm so sorry I've been slow on all of my roleplays, guys. Dx School's been overwhelming me lately and I'm just left with no ideas or motivation. I'll post as soon as possible, though. ;w;))
Electra had no choice but to stare as her teammate fainted from the blow. Suddenly with a pang of doubt, she shrunk backward a little, thinking of what to do next. Try to escape with her injured friend, or defeat the opponent and inch closer to what the both of them longed for, to tag along on the expedition. Thoughts were tossed from one side of her mind to the other for a moment, and finally she came to a blunt decision. If she came to the part where she could fight no more without fainting, she would make a run for it. I won't give up until the very end.
With a new surge of confidence, the Electric-Type canine let out a low growl and glared at the Lucario. "I'm not afraid of you," she declared, half-trying to convince herself not to be. Her cowardly demeanor still lingered dangerously at the back of her mind, though she wasn't about to let it show, especially in front of a said enemy. Digging her nails into the foliage below her, Electra narrowed her dark eyes, stretching a lip back in a slight frown, or something of the sort.
"You think you're so strong and fearless, eh? Think again." The Electrike's usual timid and introverted personality had somehow vanished into thin air, leaving a confident interior behind. It was a wonder how she had gotten so flighty.
Electra bared her teeth, sparks starting to fly from her mouth and occasionally her coat as well. Rearing back a little, she lunged for the bipedal canine-like Fighting-Type, hoping she were to successfully make the hit.
The Ponyta walked slowly in, as if taking her sweet time for the moment. "Yes?" She wondered what they'd called her in to ask for, though that simple question was answered, her thoughts cut off as Wigglytuff explained.
Nyla stood there speechless for moments on end, the look in her dark hazel eyes giving out an expression of surprise. Finally she spoke, her voice quiet, though warm at the same time. "Of course I would," she answered solemnly, just the faint glimpse of a smile on her face. "No sense in running around in dungeons alone. I wouldn't mind the company, either."
((asgsdghkfjhf *le sob* I'm really sorry for the long wait, guys. ;A; I feel ashamed.))
