Hurricane Sandy
«

This hurricane is freaking me out and I'm in Michigan. I can't only begin to imagine hat the people on or near the coast are feeling. To all my friends over on the East coast I am praying for you and everyone else's safety.

What are our thoughts on Sandy? Are any of you already experiencing the weather from it?

I live on the other side of the world, yet, I have a bunch of American friends. I do worry, a lot about their safety. All I can do is pray and hope that they will all be fine, that their families remain safe.
Good luck and I hope you all stay safe.

I know someone who is in Hurricane Sandy at the moment, her internet is down most likely. I really hope she's OK. ;_;
Here is something to take your mind of the Hurricane. Well not really just something to cheer you up. <3
-Edit, for some reason since we live in Ireland, and the ocean between America and Ireland is clear, we often experience severe heavy storms about a week after a large hurricane like this, I think it's because maybe some part of the hurricane broke off and started to grow and head towards Ireland, I live close to the coast, not exactly but I'm about 35 Miles from the nearest Ocean and I'm down south so that may be why.

All I see when I look at this is how much snow and rain we might get from it where I live. We've had an indian summer up until this was announced on the news, and I doubt it was because Jack Frost finally woke up early this year.
My friends and I are hoping for snow because we didn't have any of it last year [we want a snow day and our state kind of depends on it economic wise], but I do worry about those that I know live that way. I'm hoping they're OK.

I also have friends and one sibling that is almost in the middle of the storm.
Last I heard they were alright, just a bit freaked as well (we Swedes aren't that used to extreme weather..!).
I will think of all of you who are either in the middle of it or who have loved ones there~ <3

It's just a hurricane, ladies and gentlemen. At least it isn't a tornado or an earthquake. ^u^

actually, hurricanse = moar (CRAB XD) powerful, and an earthquake is kinda easier to survive than 180+ winds throwing you around with chunks of debree O.O but, on teh brit side you dont have to worry about falling into the earths crust and being burnt up by lava, right? xDI has no friends in da coast, but I know that they must be suffering, and that pic... O.O sandys a killer!?

ouo;' That's normal for South Florida anytime hurricane season comes by. I guess it's up to experience.
