Flak gave a subtle nod, watching as Cara picked apart the crab. "See. Easy." He said in a low, bored tone, rising to his four. "Well, you know how to catch things now. You'll be fine. Ciao." The brute spoke fast, patting the small fae on the head with his paw then stepping over her and leaping up to his previous position on the rock, hurriedly.

Teegan pushed the carcasses of the fish and crab together with her snout as she let out a low bark "Well time to catch more" she muttered to herself as she padded down the sore and back into the sea, her tail wagged as she peered into the water looking for more fish, a silver shine caught her eye as she shot her glance on it spotting a larger fish swim past her paws. Giving a smirk she snapped her face into the water and grabbed the fish gripping her fangs tighter onto it as it wriggled. Bounding out the water she dropped the fish one to sand and dipped her head down taking a few more bits of the fish which made it die "3 done so I'd say another few to go" she smiled to herself as she padded back into the water to catch more fish. Teegan watched as many fish continued to swim around instead of waiting she shot her head into the water and missed the fish "Oops" she chuckled to herself as she waited for them to return and once they did she waited, and as one got into the right position she lunged her muzzle into the water and snapped up yet another fish. Clamping down onto its body harder than the others she ran out the water and over to her small food pile dropping the fish on the ground and kicking it closer towards the pile. "Well I'll get one more fish then go get more crabs" she barked as she bounded back into the water, caught a fish and ran out dropping it in the pile.
Looking over at the rocks she let out a smile picking up each carcass she took them to a spot close to where she was going and went back for the others, going back and forth several times. Looking at her kill pile she gave a smile then clambering up the rocks she looked in the small rock pools for any crabs when a starfish caught her eye. Dipping her muzzle into the small pool she grabbed its arm and dragged out out, then flicking her head the starfish was launched into the sea. The female shepherd searched for crabs again. Once caught her eye clambering across the rocks as she jumped over to it and grabed its pincer and threw it over closer to the sand, chasing It then picking it up it pinched her lip as she let out a low yelp and dropped it onto the sand. She jumped from the rock and her paw landed on the large crab pushing it into the sand, grabbing its arm she gave it a sharp tug as it was torn off then doing the same to the second. Kicking the pincers away with her back paw she grabbed the shell and pulled it off. The crab was now dead and she pushed the crabs carcass into the food pile. "Just a few more" she muttered as she jumped back onto the rocks in search for more crabs, passing Cara along the way but she ignored her as she continued her search.  


Micah tore the meat off the fish as she continued noming on the carcass, her tail wagging behind her. A figure moving in the corner of her eye caused her to sharply turn her head as she spotted Teegan prancing around in the waves and coming out with many fish "Boy does that girl hunt for fun" she chuckled to herself as she watched the female run back and forth carrying her prey towards the rocks where she was now going to take out her hunting. Micah watched interested for a while as Teegan picked up a starfish then flung it into the water the brown shepherd then searching for something. She squinted her eyes slightly in order to see what the fae had caugh she realized it was a crab and let out a giggle as Teegan flung the crab closer to the sand then chasing it and picking it up to drop it on the sand, she guessed the crab nipped her as she let out a yelp. Micah watched as Teegan leapt onto the crab and began pulling its pincers off, giving a shrug she turned to her kill. Just as the white shepherd was about to dig into her kill a sharp nip was felt on the end of her tail as she let out a yelp and jumped up, jerking her head around she lifted her tail and she spotted a crab hanging from her tail "Damn it!" She muttered shaking her tail as she crab flung into the sand. Letting out a smirk she bounded over to the crab and pinned it into the sand with her large paw, carefully she grabbed its pincers and pulled them off one by one, finding the line that separated the shell from its skin she dug her canines under and ripped off the shell. Letting out a smile she picked the carcass up and dropped it beside the half eaten fish. Lowering carefully onto her stomach she began to dig into her kills again.

Dusty felt a tingle of admiration for the pup. "Whoa, great catch!" The tan brute called, bounding over to inspect the prey. The fish was still, and Dusty poked a claw into its body to make sure it was dead. He wagged his tail and glanced over at the prey, shoving it over. "You're going to be really great hunter one day." He praised, nodding to the fish. "It's your first kill--so eat it. You'll need to keep your energy up." Dusty instructed, glancing around. He would hunt later, and he wanted to stick with Gav just in case of the pup wandered off again without anyone watching. He tipped his head to one side, waiting for the pup to finish his meal. Maybe while the pup ate, he could go hunting as well.

  Gavroche grinned proudly up at Dusty as he praised him for his catch. Getting his paws back beneath him, he stood up and shook out his coat. Lowering his head and grasping onto the fish's tail with his sharp pup teeth, he dragged it out of the small tide pool and up onto the rock beside Dusty. He released the tail and let his tongue loll out of his mouth, placing a forepaw on the dead fish's side. "Thanks!" He yipped at the male, tail wagging rapidly. Turning his attention back to the fish, he wasted no time before pouncing on it and laying down, forepaws both on its side to hold it as he tore into its scaley flesh. "You sure you don't want some?" Gav asked after swallowing a mouthful of fish meat, staring up at Dusty.


        Flak let out a subtle huff and rose to his paws, turning his head as he watched Teegan hunting on shore and Micah in the water. The playful barks and mews behind him made him swivel his ear and turn his head more. He couldn't help but smirk at seeing Xizon and Vicci playing like pups in the sand. How on earth do those two get along so well? He wondered to himself. Giving his dense, black coat a good shake, he hopped from rock to rock until his paws were back in the whispy sand. Nose lowered to sniff for edibles, he pricked his ears and rose his head back up as Teegan caught a crab then went back to find more. Seeing as she had the crab meat part of the pack's food covered, Flak turned and trotted into the shallows, deciding to help add to the prey pile by nabbing a couple more fish.

Teegan dipped her muzzle in the water as she moved a few shells and other things around as something caught her eye, shovelling her snout under it she tipped it up to spot another crab. She began batting it out the water with her paw to avoid getting her snout nipped. After getting out the water she slammed her paw onto it and again ripping off its pincers as a tearing sound pierced through her ears, putting more pressure onto her paw she dug her fangs under the crabs shell and tore it off, then spitting the shell into the sea. Her tail began to wag again as she picked up the motionless carcass and padded over to her food pile, dropping it she began to count what she had caught "Ok so 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 crabs and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 fish so altogether that's 10" he muttered to herself "So only need four more crabs and four more fish and everyone will have one of each" she smiled as she began to shuffle her kills towards a rock that was further away from the sea. Her eyes paced around as she watched the others hunting a smile on her face, then the sound of giggled filled her ears that loured her to turn her head. As she turned around she spotted Vicci and Xion playing they seemed pretty close for two types of animals that are suppose to hate each other. A chuckle escaped her muzzle as she watched them playing around in the sand like youngsters. Her tail wagged a little as she snapped her head back on the kill pile and she began pushing them further up the beach, her tail still continued to wag.



Micah turned her head to see Flak had entered the water to begin hunting, her gaze then on Teegan as she looked at the kill pile, then shuffling it up the beach. The sound of giggles pierced her ears as she turned around to see the feline and canine bouncing around playing, her tail wagged as a chuckle escaped her maw. Her head then went to Dusty and Gov as she noticed he had made a catch and by the looks of things it was a fish "That pups gonna turn out to be a good hunter" she muttered to herself as she shot a last glance around then her views back on her kills. It was only two but they would fill her, besides she didn't really eat much if she didn't feel like it. Snapping her jaws on the fish skeleton she lunged it into the water. Then looking down at the crab as she licked her lips, craning her neck she began to feast on the meat from the crab.

Flak picked his paws up high as he waded into the rough shallows. His ears stood forward at attention, eyes raking the murky water for sings of movement. Finally, he stumbled upon a small school of shallow-dwelling fish. Crouching back a bit, he focused on the center of the cloud of fish, muscles tensed and one forepaw raised and frozen above the splashing water. Silently, he sprang, diving into the center of the school and sending the fish scattering in a panic. Scrambling a bit in the water, he leaped after one with open jaws, barely grabbing it by the head. Jerking his head out of the spraying saltwater, he clenched his jaws tighter around the fish, his head bobbing a bit as it violently thrashed in a vain attempt at freedom. Victorious, Flak trotted out of the water and dropped the struggling fish onto the shore. It flopped in the sand, desperate for water. However, Flak pinned its body with his forepaw, keeping it on land until it eventually went motionless. Shifting back to his haunches, he watched the others, a paw still lightly on the now dead fish. Shaking out his thick pelt again, he picked up the prey and tossed it over into the small pile they had been working to build of food.

Teegan turned to see a fish flying towards her a gasp escaped her maw as she jumped up and snapped her jaws onto the fish, then landing back on the sand sending a small cloud of sand flying into the air. Turning her head she dropped the fish in to the rapidly growing pile of food, her attention then turned to Flak "Good catch" she barked as her tail wagged. The female shepherd slowly padding down towards the shallows to continue hunting.
