Colin smiled lightly as she stood, regarding the girl with curiosity sparkling in his ice blue eyes. Then, after hearing that she often was harrased while walking, the smile dropped off his face. He clenched his jaw for a second before regaining his composure, "And that, Keena, is why I brought the bike." he gestured to the sleek black bike with a hand, eyes twinkling with pride. While Colin had not originally intended to pick up Keena on the way back home, he decided not to tell her that. Turning back to her, he noticed the goosebumps on her arms as she rubbed them. Sliding off his jacket, he felt suddenly alert as the cool air nipped at his bare shoulders. Ignoring the chills he placed the jacket on top of her hoodie.  So short...

I had no intentions of Colin or his brother trying to join the Blacks, and they had come from a simple unnamed pack. Their biggest worry about living near the pack is that they will be discovered, so the boys are trying to keep a low profile.

Shrugging as he followed her to the bike, he dragged his feet slowly after her, watching as she admired the bike. Catching up to her quickly he took a helmet out from underneath the seat and plopped it on her head, then picked the girl up by her small waist. Lifting Keena was like lifting a pillow, quite easy, and he then set her down on the passenger seat behind his. Shoving his hands into a pair of leather fingerless gloves, he swung his leg over the seat and turned his head slightly so he could see the side of her face. "You might want to hold on." he gave her a slight smirk and then started the engine and shot off without further warning. "Where would you like to go? Diner? Store? Park?" he turned his head, hoping that his words would not be ripped away by the wind and she would hear them.

Kicking up the speed a little, Colin grinned as Keena's gripped his waist tightly. By now he was going at least 15 over the speed limit, zooming past trees and signs. Silently he pondered where to take her, there was a great burger joint downtown, and not too far away was a shopping center. Smiling to himself, he sped up even more, ignoring frustrated honks from the surrounding cars as he zig zagged between them. He stayed silent the rest of the trip, letting Keena take in the view from the back of the bike, a spectacular one for a newbie. His hole covered black Misfits tank fluttered like a flag in a hurricane, and his tattooed arms were riddled with goosebumps from the frosty bite of the wind.
Pulling towards the outer lane of the road, he sped up even more, now going 30 over the limit. Laughing like a maniac, Colin did a little fist pump, but slowed a little, not wanting to give the girl clinging to his waist too much of a heart attack. A black SUV pulled up beside him, the driver of the vehicle scowled at him dangerously and in response Colin flipped him the bird. With a smirk he pulled forward again and cut in front of the car, purposely slowing to 5 below the limit and laughed when an angry honk was directed at him.
Finally pulling into the diner's parking lot, Colin parked and hopped off the bike, grinning as he plucked Keena off the seat and set her down on her feet. "I hope you're still a little hungry, my friend Buddy makes the best in the city."

With a straight face, Colin unbuckled the helmet an took it off to set it on the bike. He then took her hand and gentley pulled her towards the diner. The bright red, black, and white color scheme made it seem like an older place, but the building was only constructed a few years before. Opening the door with a small jingle, Colin stepped into the building and into the grease infused air, still softly holding Keena's wrist. "Hey! Mandy!" He bellowed, giving the blue haired waitress a grin. The girl looked rather annoyed, and regarded him with disgust. "What do you want Abell? No one wants you here." He just smiled wider. "Whatever, just get a my friend and I a place to sit and tell Buddy that his best friend is here."
Mandy rolled her eyes and led them to a booth before disappearing into the kitchen. Moments later a pudgy man came out shouting in angry French. The man stopped in front of him, still shouting. Colin laughed and bent down to hug him "Love you too you big oaf." The man stopped shouting and rolled his eyes. "Whatever Colin. Now, who's your friend here? She looks like a sweet lass."

Keena allows herself to be pulled in by her wrist by the much larger male into the diner.  She pulls her hood down and has a look around with some interest. As she hears the female with blue hair growl at him, she takes a few steps back but as Colin seems to defuse the situation, she calms back down. She then follows him to a booth close to a window. She sits at the far end next to the large window and looks out. But she jumps quite violently at the sound of angry shouting which was in another language. Due to experience, she just assumes that the cook was upset about her being there. She wasn't surprised. Her appearance and smell -although she felt some people were a little over dramatic about that- meant she wasn't always welcome. But as she gets up to leave, she spots Colin hugging the large man, which seemed to calm things down. She sits back in her seat but leans over at the window, watching the man nervously. She blinks at his comment and starts messing with her scruffy hair, not sure if she should be flattered or not.
